1. Where is your shop location?

We are currently run online based jewellery store. 


2. How long can I receive my parcel?

It usually takes 3-7 days, depends on your location. Please inform us if you does not receive your parcel after 7 days, it may due to Public Holiday or there is some problems encountered by courier service.


3. How if there is nobody home when courier service send parcel to my house?

You will receive a letter to ask you to collect your item as soon as possible. Or you can just go to Poslaju and show them your tracking number, they will pass you your item on the spot.


4. What is your payment method?

Online transfer/ transfer payment/ Maybank QRPAY


5. What should I do if I choose online transfer payment?

You will need to make online transfer to our account. Once you had transfer the money, you may click 'My Account' on the top right corner. Click your order number and upload the receipt to us and we will start to process your order. Click PAYMENT GUIDELINES for more info.


6. Why is my order failed?

- It may because you failed to make payment.

- Your order will be automatically canceled if you do not complete your order within 72 hours.


7. Is all the items ready stock?

Yes.


8. All sold out jewelleries will restock again?

You may leave us a message to make sure whether the jewellery will restock.


9. Will your product sensitive to my skin?

It depends on the sensitivity of your skin. If you are having a sensitive skin, we suggest you to choose 925 sterling silver or stainless steel products.


10. How can I store my jewellery properly?

  • Place each jewellery in a zipper plastic bag to avoid extreme low humidity.
  • Store 925 Sterling Silver Jewelleries by wrapping them with silver cloth to reduce oxidation.
  • Store them in room temperature. Bedroom may be a good place.
  • Organise your jewelleries in a drawer to make sure they will not tangle.
